Olive Leaf Extract Side Effects

Generally olive leaf extract is considered safe to take with little or no side effects. I commenced taking it by taking 6 per day for approx 10 days or so then I cut back. Not for any reason other than I wanted to get a good dose of it into my body to have any effect at all. I had an outbreak of an old cold sore and under my tongue I had a lesion that was very tender for about a week. This is normal and I discovered this after I read the book by Dr Morton Walker. I take now 3 x 500mg
